North Male Atoll

The island is located at the eastern side of the North Male Atoll, directly on a channel at the outside reef. The perfect position of this island offers a variety of diving spots which are accessible in a short time with our dhoni.

Dive, like in your dreams, with all kinds of underwater creatures, such as white tip reef sharks, grey reef sharks, turtles, nurse sharks, zebra sharks, mobulas, napoleons, eagle- and stingrays, big schools of fishes and many different kind of groupers.

From May to December you can even find Mantas around the diving spots.

Aquarium

 

The dive site is located right next to the island. The long reef ends into a corner of the canal. Here you can see several highlights. With a bit of luck, you will discover leaf scorpion fishes, turtles and colorful fusiliers. In the current divers will often encounter white tip sharks, eagle rays and napoleons. Also, depending on the season, Mantas come to the reef. A very nice dive site for beginners as well as experienced divers.

Manta Point

 

In the season is the name says it all. The peaceful plankton eaters can be admired in close range at the 14-20 m deep cleaning station of the reef. And when the mantas are not there, eagle rays, sharks, turtles, napoleons and mobulas can be seen.

Palm Reef

 

The gently sloping reef is ideal for beginners and advanced divers. There are many large coral blocks on the riff, here we often see nurse sharks, baby white tip reef sharks and black tip reef sharks. Furthermore, you can meet bumphead parrot fish, turtles and mobulas. In manta season is, the Palm Reef also gives you the chance to dive with the gentle giants.
